Eagle Express Card

The Eagle Express Card is a computerized debiting system that allows students to purchase dining options and items at the Spirit Store. It is not mandatory for students to use the Eagle Express Card as cash is accepted in the Dining Commons and Spirit Store as well. How to get a card

Every student is issued an Eagle Express card.  The cards are received by students a few weeks into the school year. Returning students may uses their previous year’s card until their new card is issued.  New students will need to pack their lunches or bring cash for dining options until their card is received.

How to set up account, add money and monitor balance

We use PaySchoolsCentral.com (PSC), a secure web-based payment system which simplifies adding funds and monitoring the Eagle Express Card.  We now offer PaySchools Central as a resource for the parents of students in our district. PaySchools Central is
a secure payment system which simplifies school payments in an easy-to-use online portal. It enables parents to fund lunch accounts and pay required and optional fees online quickly and easily. How to use it

Computer terminals/registers have been installed at the end of each lunch line. Your daughter will need to present her Eagle Express Card at checkout in order for her card to be charged.  If she does not have her card, then cash must be used.

How to check your balance

To check your Eagle Express Card’s balance, activity, and or to add funds, simply log on to your PaySchoolsCentral account.

Insufficient funds

If there is no money available on your daughter’s card, she should plan to pack or bring cash for dining options until funds are added. It may take up to two hours for account to be updated once funds have been added.

Leftover funds

If funds remain at the end of the year, they will be rolled over to the next year.  If your daughter is graduating, anything over $10.00 will be refunded to you. The balance can also be transferred to another daughter (s) account.
