Dear Notre Dame Academy Community,
A few weeks ago, our search consultant from Partners in Mission visited Notre Dame Academy for a comprehensive enrichment visit.
This time on campus, together with the thoughtful feedback gathered through the enrichment survey and a review of key documents, has informed the development of the Prospectus for the search for NDA’s next President.
The Prospectus has been crafted with great care and reflects the distinctive mission, charism, and culture of Notre Dame Academy.
It outlines the qualities and experiences the Search Committee is seeking in our next President, while also candidly presenting the strategic opportunities and priorities that will shape NDA’s future.
The Search Committee is deeply committed to identifying a leader who will honor and advance Notre Dame Academy’s mission while providing strong, visionary leadership for the years ahead. We hope this Prospectus will inspire and attract highly qualified candidates who feel called to serve this extraordinary community.
We ask for your continued prayers and invite you to assist us by sharing the Prospectus broadly across your networks.
On behalf of the Search Committee and the Board of Directors, thank you for your trust, engagement, and support throughout this important process. I am confident that together, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we will identify the right leader to guide Notre Dame Academy forward with faith, purpose, and strength.

After 23 years at Notre Dame Academy – including nine years as president – and a career in Catholic education spanning more than 40 years, Mrs. Kim Grilliot has announced that she will retire at the end of the 2026-2027 academic year.
We celebrate and express deep gratitude to Kim for her leadership, marked by vision, faith and an unwavering commitment to empowering students to be intellectually curious, passionately faith-filled, and socially responsible servant leaders.
As we embark upon the process of selecting NDA’s next president, we do so as a pillar of excellence in the Toledo educational community. Through Kim’s dedication and steadfast service to NDA, we are confident in the bright future of the school. As part of Notre Dame Academy’s rich history, we honor Kim’s legacy and the exemplary work she advanced with such passion and heart.
During this time of transition, the heart of Notre Dame Academy – our Catholic faith, high academic standards, commitment to service and the bonds of sisterhood –remains as strong as ever. Our faculty, staff and administration are united in ensuring that our students continue to thrive each day, guided by the tradition, vision and principles of the Sisters of Notre Dame.
