120 years… and counting!

In the fall of 2022, Notre Dame Academy initiated the creation of a new five-year strategic plan to serve as the school’s roadmap for the next decade in educating the next generation of Women of Vision.

Rooted in the charism of the Sisters of Notre Dame, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee - comprised of Liz (Brennan) Higgins ’93, Jenny (Conrad) Swope ’83, and Andrea (Zobler) Zimmerman ’96 - engaged stakeholders across multiple sectors within the greater school community to develop an inclusive plan that would guide NDA toward a future that is bold, brilliant, beautiful, and blessed. Sub-committees were formed, worked across eight domains - academics, advancement, Catholic identity, enrollment, facilities, finance, governance, and student life – and met countless times over the span of several months, meticulously mapping out the future of NDA.
