Supporting the arts at NDA. NDA Arts Parents Club organizes volunteers for musicals, plays, competitive speech, debate, choir, hip-hop team, orchestra, and visual arts events. Their work with the musical program funds special purchases in all areas of the arts–scholarships, lighting and sound equipment, art display materials, arts travel-and many others.
Action-oriented group of parents, volunteers and administrators working together to promote athletic excellence, good sportsmanship and character-building relationships among athletes (over half of NDA students participate in one or more sports).Past projects have included furnishing weight room equipment, updating the soccer/lacrosse field stands, senior banners, scholarships, a softball scoreboard, record boards, and mobile video/broadcasting.

To ensure the safety of all of our students, the Toledo Diocese requires all volunteers to complete its Standards and Guidelines, background check, and Protecting Youth/Vulnerable Adults training module. All three requirements are completed through VIRTUS. To set up a VIRTUS account and complete the Safe Environment requirements, please go to the Protecting Youth & Victim Assistance page on the diocesan website here.
Each year, the Diocese of Toledo is required to submit documentation to ensure that it is in compliance with the articles of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. The last 3-year audit was conducted in September 2024 and all audited Articles within the Charter were found to be compliant. The next on-site audit will be conducted in 2027. The Diocese of Toledo remains committed to ensuring the protection of children and providing a safe environment for all young people. If you have any knowledge of abuse that has been committed by a cleric or by any personnel of the Catholic Church, you are urged to report the abuse to your local police department, Children Services, and to contact the Diocesan Victim Assistance Coordinator at (419) 214-4880; or to write to the Diocesan Victim Assistance Coordinator at 1933 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
