NDA’s Office of Admissions is here to answer all of your questions, concerns, or to schedule a private tour of our campus! • Applicant and primary household/parent information
• Sibling(s) and Legacy Information
• Parent Statement
• Student Interests & Student Statement

After your application is submitted, you will receive a checklist of required items necessary to complete the admissions process. This includes:

• Evaluation Form (To be completed by a Teacher / Counselor / Coach)
• Standardized Test Results
• Grade Card/Transcript
  • For families applying to 6th grade: Please submit your student's complete 4th grade report card, along with first-quarter 5th grade grades.
