Your gift to the Notre Dame Academy Fund, regardless of size, is integral in continuing the Mission of NDA.
With these gifts, everyone who loves NDA can contribute in a real way to strengthen our school’s future and help students to experience the values of the Sisters of Notre Dame. Together we make a difference!
Gifts to the Notre Dame Academy Fund are unrestricted gifts that support every aspect of an NDA education. Unrestricted gifts not only provide critical financial aid to deserving students, but also ensure that Notre Dame students continue to have access to the best programs, learning environment and faculty.
The Notre Dame Academy Fund is the primary way in which parents, alumnae, and friends make a philanthropic gift to NDA every year.
"The Gospel calls us to take action, to do not just what is easy but what is gritty and necessary. NDA does this with its students. It helps them optimize their own performance so they can have an impact on others.”
With planned giving, you can provide long-lasting support for Notre Dame Academy while enjoying the financial benefits for yourself. Planned gifts such as these provide a vehicle for donors to leave their legacy on behalf of NDA while integrating personal, financial, and estate planning into a very affordable gift:
Stocks and Bonds

"If there is a more worthy cause out there than supporting the education of young women, I haven’t found it yet. Notre Dame Academy is an absolute gem in the City of Toledo. The Sisters of Notre Dame in partnership with lay faculty and staff have built something very special over the last 100+ years.”

"To afford the caliber of education I received at Notre Dame, my mom had to sacrifice—a lot. I vividly recall walking the long corridor past the dining hall to the window of the business office where one of the sisters sat and regularly took my tuition payments. At the time, I didn’t fully appreciate the investment my mom was making in my future, but I do now. By making a provision in my estate plan for scholarships, I am honoring my mom and making it possible for future young women to benefit from an NDA education. Becoming a member of the Heritage Society is just one way for me to say, “Thanks, Mom. I owe you everything.”
