Refund & Transfer Policy

Athletic Camps

Refunds are not available after June 1, 2026. For refunds before June 1, email Samantha Moscinski '17, Assistant Athletic Director, at smoscinski@nda.org.

Discovery Camps

Refund requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the camp start date. A $20 cancellation fee or $10 transfer fee will be deducted from your registration fee.

Academic Camps

Refunds are not available after May 22, 2026. A $20 cancellation fee or $10 transfer fee will be deducted from your registration fee.

All transfer and cancellation requests must be submitted to the Summer Academy Director at jyoung@nda.org and are subject to availability.
